Hi, I’m Jacob Swilley, founder of Dynamic Focus Consulting. I started this consultancy after almost a decade of working in the trenches of small businesses. I began at the bottom, entry level, and quickly moved my way up now as an operations director managing small, startup business' every need while spurring growth, but painfully.

I realized most small business owners don’t struggle for lack of passion or hustle. They struggle because the back-end systems and front-end marketing don’t align or business owners simply don't have the time or resources to execute everything to the best of their ability. That disconnect is costly and it leaves owners to dealing with the most minuscule of tasks, taking their time and effort away from what matters most - developing strategies to grow.
